Grown by Faver Ninco and his family at Finca Costa Rica in Santa Maria, Huila. Pink Bourbon, with genetic links to Ethiopian coffee trees, produces vibrant citrus and stone fruit notes. Faver has been farming coffee for 25 years and shifted to specialty varieties about six years ago.
