Haile Gebre owns and operates two farms and a washing station under the Mordecofe name, short for 'Mora Mora River Valley Development Coffee,' representing his own farms and a network of neighboring producers in the Guji highlands. Complex and floral, sparkling with nectarine, melon, and jasmine.
