About Olympia Coffee Roasting Co
Originally founded in 2005 as a wholesale coffee roaster in an unmarked Olympia warehouse, the company was purchased by employees Oliver Stormshak and Sam Schroeder in 2010. They recognized an opportunity to revitalize Pacific Northwest coffee culture and have since grown from a single location to 7 cafes and a bakery across Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle.
Sourcing & Philosophy
Olympia Coffee is a Certified B Corporation dedicated to ethical sourcing through their Fair For All initiative. They source directly from farmers with compensation meeting Living Wage standards, all third-party certified. They believe coffee today has the potential to be better than at any point in history through better relationships throughout the coffee chain.
