Produced by a group of 40 women producers in Huila organized through the Asociacion Ecoterra SAS, working together to find an international market for their coffee. These women individually cultivate coffee on small farms of just a few acres. During harvest, each producer follows a strict protocol including picking at optimum ripeness, hand sorting, floating, depulping, and fermenting for up to 70 hours.
