A bold, adventurous coffee with chocolatey richness and subtle notes of roasted almond and honey. Called Diamante to represent the idea that a polished rock is transformed into a diamond. Blended by Arabigos Finos de Nicaragua using 38 different farms from Nueva Segovia. Cherries are hand sorted, depulped, fermented for 24 hours, washed, and density sorted at each individual farm.
