From farmer Azeb Tadesse at the Dimtu Tora wet mill in Guji, Ethiopia. Certified organic, with ripe cherries hand-sorted and sun-dried on raised beds for roughly two weeks. The farming system integrates shade trees supporting agroforestry and biodiversity. Grown at 1900-2300 MASL.
