From Finca Los Planes near a beautiful mountain lagoon, produced by Sergio and Isabel Ticas entirely from heirloom Bourbon variety. The honey process removes outer skin while allowing sticky fruit residue to dry on the bean. Silky-sweet with aromas of vanilla, apricot, and candied almond. Tied for third-highest rating in Coffee Review's Americas espresso tasting.
