From the Abadatezuka Cooperative of smallholder farmers in Rwanda's Western Province, delivering cherries to the Cyato Washing Station (est. 2017). Depulped and fermented in concrete tanks for 12-18 hours, soaked in water 24 hours, mucilage removed, then dried on raised beds. Native honeybees from nearby Nyungwe forest contribute to the unique profile.
