A fully washed Pink Bourbon from Finca La Fuente in Tarqui, Huila, grown by Yobani Ramos and Yaved Guarnizo at 1,825-2,000 masl using organic and biodynamic practices. The high elevation allows slow cherry ripening that builds complex sugars and vibrant red berry and tropical fruit flavors.
