About Topeca Coffee
Topeca's roots trace to 1850 when Santiago Diaz-Caceras began growing coffee on the slopes of El Salvador's Santa Ana volcano. Six generations later, when the global coffee market crashed in 2001, the family's Margarita Lucia Diaz and her son-in-law John Gaberino founded Topeca in 2002 as one of the world's first farm-to-cafe coffee companies.
Sourcing & Philosophy
Topeca sources directly from the family's own farms on the slopes of the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador, cutting out middlemen. They also source from select international origins like Laos through importer Covoya.
