About Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters
Andy Sprenger launched Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters in December 2013 in Lakewood, Colorado, the Denver suburb where he grew up. Before coffee, Andy and his wife Laurel worked in wetland conservation in Lebanon. After returning to the U.S., Andy landed a job at Ceremony Coffee in Annapolis, rising to award-winning roaster with two U.S. Brewers Cup titles and a World Brewers Cup runner-up finish. Eric Yochim joined in 2019 after founding Two Rivers Coffee in nearby Arvada.
Sourcing & Philosophy
Direct trade relationships with named producers across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Sweet Bloom visits farms and maintains long-term purchasing commitments.
