Founded by two old friends who share a love for Nordic-style flavor profiles, Sey began as Lofted Coffee in a fourth-floor Bushwick loft before rebranding and opening their flagship cafe in 2017. Named Best Coffee Shop in America by Food & Wine in 2019.
Sourcing & Philosophy
Direct relationships with producers in Colombia, Peru, and Burundi. Roasting is treated as a delicate process to reveal, not mask, each coffee's inherent qualities through careful development and constant analysis.
