About Partners Coffee
Founded in 2012 by childhood friends Amber Jacobsen and Adam Boyd as Toby's Estate, licensing the name from an Australian roaster. Rebranded to Partners Coffee in 2019 to better reflect local ownership and Brooklyn roots. Opened their flagship roastery and cafe on a then-deserted stretch of North 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Now roasting approximately 1 million pounds of coffee per year from their Bushwick facility.
