About Quills Coffee
Brothers Nathan and Gabe Quillo took hammers to a rundown building in Louisville's Germantown neighborhood in 2007 and opened the first Quills. After moving to the Highlands in 2009, they grew to a regional presence with cafes in Louisville, New Albany, and Indianapolis, roasting in small 45-pound batches on Main Street.
