A super sweet Bourbon from producer Vilma Chambi, who grows her coffee high in the district of Alto Inambari, Puno, Peru. The aromatics are floral with jasmine and green tea qualities that transform into white grape and citrus as the coffee cools, wrapped in deep honeyed sweetness and syrupy mouthfeel.
