About
The Castillo family has been producing coffee in Huehuetenango, Guatemala for over 100 years. Sweet Bloom was introduced to Augusto in 2017 and has worked with him since 2018. His farms La Colomba and Mira Cerros produce washed coffees with maple sweetness and bright mandarin acidity.
