A honey-processed Gesha from Leonardo Henao's Finca El Jardin in Antioquia at 1,950-2,050 masl. Leonardo won Champion of Colombia's Cup of Excellence in 2020. Only ripe cherries are harvested, floated, de-pulped, and dried on raised beds for 20-30 days.
