A dynamic blend of Yellow & Red Pacamara grown by Luis and Gloria Rodriguez in the volcanic highlands of western El Salvador. The Yellow lot was dry processed for tropical sweetness; the Red lot washed for balance and lift. Pacamara was first bred in El Salvador in the 1950s by crossing Pacas and Maragogipe. Yellow Pacamara produces golden cherries instead of the common red.
