From the single farm Santa Melinda, owned and operated by husband and wife Heradio Moreno and Laura Davila. Heradio inherited the farm from his mother and is the fourth-generation owner of Santa Melinda, located in the Madriz department of north central Nicaragua, neighboring the well-known Nueva Segovia department.
