Broadcast's second year buying Edvin Sabillon's outstanding coffee, purchased through Benjamin Paz at Beneficio San Vicente mill. Edvin inherited a 2.8-hectare plot in 2009 and began specialty coffee in 2018. After hand-harvesting, cherries undergo 48-hour cherry fermentation, then dry fermentation for 24 hours, followed by 20 days in a parabolic solar dryer.
