Founded in 2015 when David Baker, Will Shurtz, and Marco Suarez set out to create an elevated coffee shop experience in downtown Greenville, SC. The company began roasting in 2016 and has since grown into a nationally recognized brand. In 2023 they moved into a 40,000-square-foot roasting and training facility in Travelers Rest.

Ethical direct sourcing with long-term producer partnerships. Focus on sustainable practices like soil restoration, biodiversity, composting, clean water initiatives, and agroforestry.
