Founded in Seattle's Pioneer Square by Brendan Mullally, who moved back from New York City where he ran Joe Pro Shop, one of the most progressive coffee shops in the U.S. Named after his wife Emily Lewis Mullally, Elm opened in December 2014 with a vision for excellence and sincerity in specialty coffee.
