Columbus's first micro-roaster, founded in 1988 by Tom Griesemer after he moved from Berkeley, CA and found the local coffee scene lacking. Now led by Mark Swanson, a fellow Peet's Coffee alum, Stauf's hand-roasts all coffees daily in small batches across five locations.
Sourcing & Philosophy
Ethically sources small-batch specialty coffees with a focus on hand-roasting daily. Prioritizes quality single-origin coffees and has been a cornerstone of Columbus's specialty coffee scene for over 35 years.
