Selected for EA decaffeination due to its remarkable cup profile. The EA Sugarcane process uses ethyl acetate derived from fermenting Colombian sugar cane mixed with acetic acid to gently remove caffeine. This fully washed coffee was grown at 1,700 meters in the Cauca region.
