Part of the Harimau Tiger Project by Cafe Imports, combining small lots from producers in the Aceh growing region. The goal is coffees with robust earthiness traditional to the region but also more nuanced sweetness and a cleaner cup profile. Only the second Sumatran coffee Birch has brought in since they began roasting in 2011.
