Alma's darkest of dark roasts, grown at Finca Terrerito — the family's main farm in Honduras founded in the 1960s. This extra dark roast brings out natural oils for a bold, complex cup with deep chocolate and subtle spice. Alma recommends cleaning grinder often when using Ember as the oils can leave residue.
