Started in 2005 as a wholesale roaster in an unmarked downtown Olympia warehouse, Olympia Coffee was purchased by Oliver Stormshak and Sam Schroeder in 2010. Now operating 7 cafes and a bakery across Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle, they are a Certified B Corporation and Roast Magazine Micro Roaster of the Year winner.
Sourcing & Philosophy
Olympia partners directly with coffee farmers across nine countries in East Africa, South America, and Central America, emphasizing fair compensation and environmentally friendly practices. All coffees are small-batch roasted to order daily.
